Coiny
Coiny is a playable character in BFDI: Branches. He has the special ability to attack enemies by rolling into them. He can also jump in the middle of a roll to gain horizontal speed; with enough roll jumps, Coiny can exceed the running speed of even Firey.
Michael Huang reprises his role as Coiny from Battle For Dream Island, recording new lines for the game (besides a reused death scream).

Appearance
Coiny is an anthropomorphic orange coin.
Gameplay
Coiny has the ability to roll, which kills enemies. As the "All-Rounder", he has an average maximum HP of 4. His jump can reach 4 blocks tall, and he can reach 7 blocks when combined with his double jump, tied for the most out of all playable characters along with Firey. He runs somewhat slower than Firey, but faster than Pin.
Story mode
In Story mode, Coiny appears in the Opening and Laying Down the Roots Clear cutscenes. He also appears in the title card for The Big Red Button.
